About the Role We are building a high‑velocity, user‑centric web platform that powers millions of interactions each day. As a Frontend Developer on our Engineering team, you will be the architect of the visual and interactive experience that our users rely on. Your work will directly influence how quickly we can iterate on new features, how smoothly we can scale our product, and how delightfully intuitive our interface feels. What You’ll Do * Design, develop, and ship new React components and pages that meet functional and performance goals. * Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate user stories into high‑quality, production‑ready code. * Optimize rendering and bundle size, ensuring page load times stay below 2 seconds on average. * Write comprehensive unit, integration, and visual regression tests that guard against regressions. * Participate in bi‑weekly code reviews, offering constructive feedback and learning from peers. * Mentor junior developers through pair‑programming and knowledge‑sharing sessions. * Stay informed about emerging frontend trends and evaluate their applicability to our stack. What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of hands‑on React experience, including hooks, context, and performance tuning. * Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with a proven ability to write clean, type‑safe code. * Practical experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows. * Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and continuous integration pipelines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear collaboration across remote teams. * A growth mindset: you’re eager to learn, experiment, and iterate on both your own work and the team’s processes. Nice to Have * Familiarity with Next.js and server‑side rendering concepts. * Experience using Figma or similar design tools to translate mockups into code. * Prior work in a fast‑moving startup environment. * Basic DevOps knowledge, such as containerization or CI/CD tooling.
