About the Role We’re building a dynamic, user‑centric platform that powers millions of interactions daily. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll lead the design and implementation of high‑performance web experiences using React, ensuring they are fast, accessible, and delight users across devices. What You’ll Do - Architect and develop reusable component libraries that scale with product growth. - Translate design mockups and product requirements into pixel‑perfect, responsive interfaces. - Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and network usage to keep load times under 2 seconds. - Write unit, integration, and visual regression tests that guard against regressions. - Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior teammates. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to iterate quickly and ship high‑quality features. What We’re Looking For - 3+ years of hands‑on experience building production‑grade applications with React. - Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.). - Proven ability to integrate RESTful APIs, handle authentication flows, and manage application state effectively. - Comfortable with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem‑solving skills and a clear, concise communication style. Nice to Have - Experience with Next.js or other server‑side rendering frameworks. - Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. - Prior startup experience or a passion for rapid iteration. - Basic UI/UX design principles.
