About the Role: We’re building a high‑velocity sales engine for a fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps businesses streamline operations. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the first point of contact for prospects, turning curiosity into qualified opportunities that our Account Executives can close. Your work will directly influence revenue growth and the overall success of the sales team. What You’ll Do: - Prospect new leads through targeted cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach, ensuring each touchpoint is relevant and compliant with data‑privacy standards. - Qualify prospects using a structured framework (e.g., BANT, CHAMP), record interactions, and score leads in HubSpot so the team can prioritize follow‑up. - Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and internal hand‑offs, guaranteeing a smooth handover and a high conversion rate from qualified lead to opportunity. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the CRM, including notes, call logs, and next‑step actions, and generate weekly activity reports for the sales manager. - Partner with marketing to review lead‑quality metrics, refine targeting criteria, and test new outreach cadences, driving continuous improvement. - Consistently hit monthly targets for new qualified leads and conversion rates, and report performance against KPIs. What We’re Looking For: - 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup context. - Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft concise, persuasive messages that resonate with decision‑makers. - Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar; adept at data entry, lead scoring, and reporting. - Basic understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification criteria, and the buyer’s journey. Nice to Have: - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting platforms. - Familiarity with inbound marketing concepts and lead nurturing workflows. - Prior remote work experience and self‑management skills. - Exposure to SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC) and a data‑driven mindset.
