April 2026 Release Highlights

We are excited to share the latest improvements across the Evara AI platform. This month's update focuses on performance, reliability, and making the most-used features even better.

Evara AI Improvements

Enhanced Conversation Context Retention

Evara AI now retains conversation context more effectively across longer sessions. This means you can have extended, multi-part conversations without needing to re-establish context from earlier in the dialogue. Complex research sessions, multi-step writing projects, and iterative analysis workflows all benefit from this improvement.

Faster Initial Response Times

We have optimized the inference pipeline that powers Evara AI responses. Average initial response time has improved by 35% compared to last month. For users who interact with Evara AI dozens of times per day, this adds up to a meaningfully faster experience.

Improved Code Generation Accuracy

Following feedback from developer users, we have made targeted improvements to Evara AI's code generation capabilities. TypeScript, Python, and SQL accuracy have all improved, with better handling of edge cases and more consistent documentation in generated code.

WhatsApp AI Updates

Sub-Second Response Processing

WhatsApp AI now processes incoming messages and generates responses faster than ever, with median response time under one second for standard queries. This speed improvement is particularly valuable in high-volume business environments where customers expect near-instant replies.

Expanded Template Support

WhatsApp AI now supports a wider range of Meta message template categories, including utility templates for transactional notifications and authentication templates for verification workflows. Businesses can now configure and manage approved templates directly from the Evara AI dashboard.

Multi-Language Fallback

When a customer messages in a language that differs from the primary language of your configured knowledge base, WhatsApp AI now attempts to respond appropriately in the customer's language. This is an early capability that will continue to improve in future releases.

Dashboard and Analytics

New Conversation Analytics Dashboard

The Evara AI dashboard now includes a dedicated analytics section showing conversation volume over time, most common query categories, average response satisfaction, escalation rates, and knowledge base coverage gaps. These insights help you continuously improve your AI configuration.

Export and Reporting

Analytics data can now be exported in CSV format for use in external reporting tools. Monthly reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery to your email.

Coming Next Month

We are working on several major capabilities for May 2026, including integration support for additional third-party platforms, expanded language support for Bihar AI, and a significantly improved knowledge base editor with bulk import capabilities.
