Visit evara.app in Google Chrome on your Android phone.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.

Visit evara.app in Apple Safari — this only works in Safari.
Tap the Share icon (box with an arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen" from the share sheet.
Confirm by tapping Add — Evara will appear on your home screen.
